Footwear production is already the most wasteful sector in the fashion industry and with the amount of footwear consumption set to rise dramatically in the next 2 decades, there needs to be a way to sustainably recycle the next X million pairs of shoes. As every major manufacturing country has surpassed peak fossil fuel consumption and acceptable Co2 emission limits plus with the changing landscape of socially and environmentally conscious business, we cannot sit on the sidelines watching poor decisions continue to be made. 

Throughout our founding members entrapanural careers and formal educations, we have held deep seated values around sustainability, with the belief that it is not only a vehicle to business profitability but a generational responsibility as well. This is the framework that supports our self-assuming choice to bring an industry leading, biodegradable solution to the marketplace.

Ideals of conscious production

We believe that the majority of a products environmental impact occurs in the design and development stages. Which is why we are taking care to consider the products after life now to ensure we meet current and future industry standards. Future proofing a products supply chain as to not include materials that could be subject to adverse levels of climate, social or policy change ensures the products materials are always accessible.
